Social Skills Groups (SSG) are designed to help address the challenges your child's may experience related to how the interact and relate to others. SSG's aim to address challenges with social-emotional reciprocity, non-verbal communication used for social interaction and developing and maintaining relationships beyond those with family members and caregivers. Our philosophy and practice is to build on strengths rather than focus on weaknesses and deficits.

How to Join
Interested in your child joining a Social Skills Group? Reach out to your clinical team to determine readiness for social skills. The clinical team will assess them and recommend them for social skills if they are ready and then request hours for that service. If they do not qualify, that can be a goal to work towards!
