Behavior Technician

Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with ASD, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy across multiple settings such as homes, schools, and our centers. Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to execute treatment plans, monitor and document client progress, and contribute to a supportive environment that promotes skill development and behavior improvements.

Clinical Supervisor

Support behavior analysts with the implementation and monitoring of ABA programs, ensuring the effective execution of treatment plans. Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop behavior plans under the guidance of a certified BCBA, and oversee the treatment plans for clients on your caseload to maintain high quality standards.

Behavior Analyst

Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and verbal behavior assessments, design individualized curricula focusing on language, play, and skills development, and collaborate with clinical teams for effective interventions.
