What Makes Us Unique
What to expect when receiving services from Active Steps?
At Active Steps, we begin our tailored services with a comprehensive assessment to understand each client's unique needs. Our behavior analysts conduct detailed evaluations, including interviews and direct observations in various settings, to gather essential information about behavioral patterns and their functions. This thorough process results in a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) and a customized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), reviewed and approved by caregivers before submission for insurance approval. Our meticulous approach ensures that every strategy aligns perfectly with the individual's goals and family expectations, setting the stage for effective intervention.
